OtC only shows 145,000,000 shares outstanding. 50 to 1 RS, reducing outstanding to 2,900,000 shares.


5M/50 = 100,000 shares after RS.

100,000/2,900,000 = 3.4%


You will own almost 4% of the total outstanding shares as will I. Two of us would own 6.8% of the total outstanding shares??
