They already have been. They sell them to shady institutions like River North. These crooks hardly ever sell their personal shares on the open market. Why should they. Selling off market and personal deals with funds is the way they have always done it on the pinks. They get big money up front right away. Just like the n=t=ek ceo crook did with all his personal shares he gifted himself all along. He sold most of them to river north.
I guess I should be clearer when I say the princiapl biscardi and family and pals are selling, they're selling to 'investment funds', who are the ones to turn around and dump on the market. The ceo almost never sells to an open market. There would be trails.

It's the retail traders that have to deal with the open market.
