CGC/WEED needs that deal that is inked to go through. Acreage has critical pieces and Canopy's price is down too. The US market is essential to Canopy Growth's success. The value paid when the deal was struck wasn't outside the norms for that type of deal and queering that deal or even trying to, puts you in the position of trying to duplicate it with a different entity. Acreage continues to pick up essential pieces and no doubt that Canopy is giving direction. Investors seem to have forgotten that the deal exists and could be triggered very quickly when the threat from the US Feds is eliminated. The deal was inked with a purpose and protection in mind for Canopy to have control of all the moving parts of Acreage which will be essential to world domination and leader of the pack.
