Comparison with IIPR - comments welcome

Advantages over IIPR;
- Better business model (better margins so far)
- Trading far less than NAV
- Insider buying

Disadvantages:
- Has far less in the pipeline (IIPR has approx $300 in deals in development which clearly affects its FFO multiple)
- Smaller float (too thin for major players)
- Pays a dividend

Based on above:
- PW probably doesn’t trade at the IIPR multiple anytime soon except on short-lived spikes.
- Honestly would love to see a split and make PW more liquid to open it to larger players.
- PW provides a greater likely overall return at present trading levels

Love this stock though - safety, transparency and significant growth in a value stock! Still trying to accumulate before the rocket ignited.

As mentioned, I welcome comments on any of the above.
