XA’s registration there was created in 2016 after CMG Holdings went dark with its SEC filing obligations.

Do they have an office in Wyoming?

Or was that entity simply created to give the appearance of a continuance of XA....the revenue drop of that part of the business from 2014 to 2015 was significant...and we have nothing, of course, for 2016...as the fins for CMG Holdings picked back up starting with the 2017 alternative reporting on OTC markets.

The one thing we can discern is whatever business existed in 2016...it lost about $390K that year.
