The Sulja's got a cash settlement, not shares. This tells me they have no shares now.
From what I heard Petar say, Neither the SEC or the OSC ever requested any information or Supoenas from him. I know Petar kept saying that he had nothing to hide and that he did nothing wrong.
Only the shell was purchased and the purchase of the shell didn't include any liabilities, so SLJB shouldn't have a problem with what came out last week regarding Dennis Ammerman owing money. That's basically, Dennis's problem, not ours.
I think I heard him say that he was waiting for the Sulja's to complete their year end financials before the AF's come out. I guess he needed those documents first. Don't ask me why he didn't say that before, I really don't know.
I know he said that he has ordered a list of all assets which se said would be out soon.
