In the interest of information transparency, OTCMarkets.com is what penny interested traders use for otc tickers.

That is the organization that updates penny stock info and is involved in the penny stock information transparency process, not TD Ameritrade. TD could care less.
TD is purely a financial profit platform, that’s it. It restricts the trading of many
OTC tickers so again TD is not a big advocate for otc tickers and is not concerned about keeping otc information up to date on their platform.

EGYF has not been into any eye stuff for years:
