I read that myself,and saw that it was an Amendment,I believe there is a 120 day waiting period for an offering to be Approved,I'm wondering if the 1st 1A
that was filed last year,already has 120 days pending and was not APPROVED,so I'm thinking due to the 2.8 million revenue from GEOENHANCED,THE AMMENDED 1A will most likely be approved.A 1A generally speaking is a Good Thing,especially when used for the Improvement of the Company.I'm not worried there is $2.8 million in revenue,and IMO there will be more in 2020.GO DMAN$$$$
