It appears that the trial will be rescheduled. In the motion below that was submitted today, the plaintiff (FDA) proposes that the pre trial date be set for May 11th with the trial beginning May 26th.

However the defendants (Cali stem cell) proposes that the pre trial begins next month March 16th and the full trial to start on March 30th.

More attempted stall tactics by the FDA but the judge has the option to either side with FDA or defendants about the new date. Will update as soon as something comes up.
