thats like saying why would boeing need to acquire 13,000,000,000 in financing....

lets do the math eh?

lets say they issue 2,000,000,000 per the new sec articles ok?

2,000,000,000 and sold for .006/each

so now we have 12,000,000 right?

minus expenses lets say we end up with say 800,000 in cash on the book

this means we have a market value of .01+ is a 175% increase in present shareholder value regardless of dilution

further more lets say they now were able to create value through new deals from new equipment purchases and lets say they booked 4,0000,000 annually minus 2,800,000 in 2021 for .006 x25 p/e 015+ price target. for 250% ROI..

a lot is assumptious but plausible.
