COrrect, GNCP has no claims and nothing to sell. THey have not done any exploration on any properties as they have stated. With all the dividends and expenses paid, the unexplored rental properties are worth next to nothing for common shareholders. Preferreds are owed more than the assets. Even though lots of preferreds have been converted and transferred to PDIV, the remaining ones are still worth more than the assets.

Nearly everyone understands this and that is why the stock is 0.0001 and next to no volume. Claiming something else on a stock board changes nothing except for having everyone believe your a paid promoter.
