RJ.........I think I've said what I personally think Dan's doing in my past posts. IMO it will hinge on who owns the prefered shares. As far as SMMW aquiring Matrix........can't see it. They are behind in taxes and the CEO has a credit rating that is lower than his companies PPS. Who would loan them the capitol?
