Nowhere has QMC said anything about Amtron guaranteeing all the liabilities of Amtronics. Likewise we've seen nothing that says Amtron is party to an agreement that calls for minimum royalties.

Above all, common sense says that if the technology can't be made to work to make a commercially viable QDSC, QMC is not going to get paid minimum royalties no matter what the agreements say. Good luck suing Amtron in India over failed technology. LOL.
