For Elite as with any publicly traded company, it is a PR that is planned and scheduled and therefore releasing the Q before hours or afterhours gives everyone a fair shot at reviewing it before the market opens …. A lot of investors are working during the day and would be at a disadvantage to those that are "in the business" or watching for it all day !!!!!!!!!!!!
