ok. that explains it, looking at PYCT's O/S when the divvy took place there were 19,885,000,000 shares, so a 1 for 1 would mean that there were the same amount of XMET distributed, so take that with the original 75,000,000 shares the O/S for XMET can be 19,960,000,000!
