Latest I see is an order restricting anyone from holding more than 913,468 shares. They limit trading so that no one person can own more than 5% of a company. They do this so that there is no change in control. If there is a change in control, the company can lose the benefit of its NOLs. I’m glad to see the motion/order but I’ve seen it plenty w other companies that did nothing w them. It would be more concerning if they didn’t have the motion. Other than that, still waiting for the confirmation hearing to happen which keeps getting delayed.
