I agree, however I feel it is a little bit concerning there was no Stalking Horse bid...

I am still holding my position and see A TON of value in this company like you do, but just am confused as to why there wasn't a company(ies) that would jump on the opportunity to purchase this company at a discount and all their revenue...

Any further thoughts?

I think we all can agree .15 is not fair value for this company as just a few months ago this was at $2
