No, that never happened. There was never a mention of any sort of share swap or buyout, that was made up by the Twitter DD Fabrication team to flip stock. In fact the monitor stated clearly there was no transaction for the shares of this company.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
