Before you file “legal action” against PWC, you’ll have to get through the judge that presided over CCAA first. This is in his final order:
Pretty sure he fully understood everything that PWC said, as it wasn’t so unclear when read without a confirmation bias. He was also quite annoyed at the shareholder’s lawyer, Crane, as indicated by that final order.
