Jeterman, we all have different perspectives on what hype and pump is. To each his own. I will respect your view as a fellow shareholder.

My definition of hype and pump is hiring stock promoters, raising awareness on social media and hyping PRs to inflate the pps when taking on debt to sell shares. I have not seen BLDV do this. Please correct me if I have missed seeing this.

My definition of hype and pump may be wrong and different than what you see, but this is what I believe it is based on my knowledge and experience. No one has to agree with my definition.

What you, nv and KAM are referring to is correct, but I see it as FAILED initiatives due to the INCOMPETENCE of BLDV management to get things done and also sometimes things do not work out in business (i.e. AMS). I found that BLDV was trying so many different things in the past that did not work out because of their FAILURE to focus and deliver results or have anything succeed. I have always said that BLDV needs to deliver results which they have not until this week's filing of the 2019 unaudited financial statements that showed the start of revenue generation. This should have happened a long time ago.

I think that BLDV's focus in bringing H360 on board and giving them Class A voting shares is most likely because the CEO realized that he was not getting anywhere with the failed initiatives, and we suffered as a result. I think H360 now gives BLDV focus and the win for their client Dharma is better than what we had before as long as they can continue to succeed and generate revenues. H360 needs to prove its value in results and increased profits.

In my opinion, the mistake they made was communicating the past failed initiatives to early before the results were realized. In this regard, I have noticed a change where BLDV is now communicating less which is not in our favour. So now our challenge is to get communications from BLDV. Our struggle never ends and we wait and wait.

I hope this helps clarify my perspective on hype and pump. Once again, no one has to see it that way I do. I respect the diversity in our collective thoughts. You may be correct and I may be wrong; I am okay with that. To this end, I will respect you if you disagree with my perspective.

I hope this helps clarify where I was coming from in my post. I am always open to learning from others to build my knowledge.

Respectfully,

J.P.
