They dont own claims, they pay a 3rd party who in turn leases unpatented BLM claims. So they dont own shit and they dont directly pay the annual lease. Unpatented claims are owned by the BLM and have ZERO value assessed to them. The last patent granted was back in 1994, worthless claims that are leased by 3rd parties...lol

It's as worthless you can get.
