Lorbas -, The worse here I believe that every about 1-11/2 month they will change to 525 , and then 700 mg , so at worse it is not that bad , because here we have enough of patients look like for fast enrollment ...

The only reason if they want them to do that , is for safety , which at this time I agree is strange , for dying patients with our safety records, it is strange at least to me...

But this is just for 30 patients , emergency patients so far oncologists using 700 mg , and they most probably will continue this way...

I don't understand why , but according to one of the PR our first treatment naive mTNBC is also on 700 mg ,

So I guess doctors may have some flexibility...

And all those different numbers , results and efficacy , hopefully will help for fast approval...
