"All amounts owing subject to the KERP charge" does not mean "we paid the KERP bonuses." They did not, it would have violated the judge's order.

It is mindless and ridiculous to even suggest the secured creditors got paid in full when the monitor and judge said they didn't. "Grasping at straws" is kind.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
