I recall there was a temporary restraining order the prevented ERHC from attempting to sell EEZ Block 4 to anyone other than Kosmos, and a judge's "gag order" that prevented ERHC from discussing particulars of the Harris County case.

I do not recall a judge's gag order that "prevented ERHC from discussing anything having to do with Total". Could you provide a link, please?
