I have been following VSPC for years now. I never bought into the GKG as I knew from professional experience it was NOT a valuable feedstock for Anaerobic Digesters. I also could not believe that countries where it grew easily had not embraced it until I drilled down and found out it did not have high nutritional value and required a LOT of water to grow it. But still VSPS walked out a lot of Tall Claims regarding projects all over the world, so I thought maybe there is something to this company. There history was interesting including a lot of changing targets and legal arguments with the Chinese company and owner that founded the whole idea.
As the years went by ALL of their projects simply went away, they did not fail, they never really got started. I then became professional involved as a supplier in the Tibbar project in the Virgin Islands. That project never stood a chance. The developers had been convicted of Federal Environmental Crimes and had served time in Federal prison. All the while VSPC rolled out this campaign that this was their star project. Even after the principles in the development company had filed Bankruptcy, VSPC pushed out a PR stating that the project was full speed ahead!
That is when the light bulb went off for me. VSPC was a complete SCAM, and had no problem lying about projects and accomplishments. At that point I KNEW that the guys running the SCAM where complete IDIOTS and never had any plan to build a company. Their plan was and continues to be to fleece money out of shareholders.
NOTHING they have ever said is factual!!! They MAKE STUFF UP and push it out to the masses in an attempt to sell shares. NOT A SINGLE PROJECT has ever worked......... NONE!
This company (really not a company, just a ticker name) is a complete FAILURE. 55 Million dollars taken from the shareholders and pocketed. No Assets, NO Sales, NO IP, NO NOTHING!!!!
And then the Good CEO decides the company should buy his own cosmetic company. This is CRIMINAL! He pocketed the shares and gained the protection of the corporate shield when it goes BK.
There have been some on this board that claim "Out of the LOOP" to many posts. Well as a professional who has started and run many different companies, I can tell you that the only people that are "Out of the Loop" are those that believe VSPC will actually become a real company and produce a commercially viable product that will return shareholders some value.
This POS is Dead. It's leadership are Kook and Boobs. Sad that so many were drawn in.
