Those who had XMET(if they got them as a divy)13 years ago in their account, probably don't have them, wrote them off as a "worthless stock" so doubt that many of these were from investors of 13 years ago.
Likewise if there were CD holders from 2007, doubt they would be diluting as they most likely wrote XMET off as well.
