With ARYC likely billing close to a million a day at this point, I'm betting iconic can't compete with ARYC for lawyers and court costs and a desperate to raise cash to battle.
Since Iconic isn't settling this out of court it shows their desperation.
It appears they need a ruling as losing is going to affect them as a going concern.
It also appears they are on the losing side here.
Dollar dollar dollar land just got way closer.
