The BASF / black n decker is a 6 month program. They intentionally had meetings (feb 6) on the 4th month mark to see if they would be investing in each or any of the 5 companies. Like Ryan said, it’s better to complete now than at end of program.

Based on the video from couple days ago, BASF had asked to accelerate the recycle project “even though it’s already accelerated”.

Couple that statement with the BASF interview saying they understand small companies need cash, I think we will see either light news about BASF or official 8k saying a JV or finding. Or even 3rd party investors which deal with BASF.

I have worked with BASF when I was a industrial cooling tower estimator....they never go this far down a road and then bail on it....


And follow the volume....they are loading this thing in 100k blocks...dumping bid to buy large chunks. They are also showing buys as sells.
