Performed by a RanFac kit? I agree, near impossible.

Its clear to me the patent doesn’t have anything to do with the kit.

Sourcing a scrub box from RanFac would be the agreement issue, but like you said, any patent infringer would source a different kit altogether most likely.

A doctor taking that chance to save the cost probably could get away with it for a while...... I agree on that also, but as word spreads, it would eventually get out and CMTH would have to enforce their patent rights.

But this is all just chatter since it doesn’t work anyway.
