Also see some private Investment Fund located in Caymans filed >5% with SEC showing nearly 1,000,000 shares owned now of RWLK.

But problem I have is your alias is barely 2 months old....

I do own some of this in my portfolio, 3300 shares only to be honest. But I tell you, dealing with TD all week, they would not allow my orders to fill and seemed like they were holding for "someone else"... ??? What I was able to buy, they would give me fills 2cents or so above my order- guess that's how they are offering this "no trading fee" brokerages service today- taking it off your fill price...

We are offering up to 4,053,172 units (each unit consisting of one ordinary share and one common warrant to purchase one ordinary share) and the ordinary shares that are issuable from time to time upon exercise of the common warrants contained in the units. Each common warrant contained in a unit has an exercise price of $1.25 per whole ordinary share. The common warrants contained in the units will be exercisable immediately and will expire five years from the date of issuance. The offering price of the units is $1.25 per unit.


We are also offering a total of 1,546,828 pre-funded units to each purchaser whose purchase of units in this offering would otherwise result in the purchaser, together with its affiliates and certain related parties, beneficially owning more than 4.99% (or, at the election of the purchaser, 9.99%) of our outstanding ordinary shares immediately following the consummation of this offering (each pre-funded unit consisting of one pre-funded warrant to purchase one ordinary share and one common warrant to purchase one ordinary share), in lieu of units that would otherwise result in such purchaser’s beneficial ownership exceeding 4.99% (or, at the election of the purchaser, 9.99%) of our outstanding ordinary shares. The purchase price of each pre-funded unit is $1.249 (equal to the price per unit being sold to the public in this offering, minus $0.001) and the exercise price of each pre-funded warrant included in the pre-funded units is $0.001 per share. The pre-funded warrants will be immediately exercisable and may be exercised at any time until all of the pre-funded warrants are exercised in full. This offering also relates to the ordinary shares issuable upon exercise of any pre-funded warrants contained in the pre-funded units sold in this offering.
