To be pink current status all that is necessary is to update the quarterly results and I am hoping they have actually already filed the audited results but had to wait to settle their legal matters against auctus group which they did so essentially they Are currently compliant in regards to their upgrade to pink sheet status. The company has been using this codes correction as an excuse which I was frustrated about but it is what it is . I don’t see them increasing their share authorized shares and I am hoping they do not increase the restricted shares but we can assume a lot of things but seeing is believing.
