Day 27 since Reg A+ went live on Manhattan Street Capital. I was actively searching for the offering the day after qualifying Dec 30th, it showed up the 10th of January.

Manhattan Street Capital gives an estimated time frame of 10-20 days, from the time the offering goes live, until the initial closing.



We had a bit of a unique circumstance here with a huge source of revenue, campaign marketing, riding on an acquittal of articles of impeachment.

Insiders can invest up to 30% of the Reg A+ offering but I would have to think the amount of that investment would have been greatly influenced on the outcome of the Senate hearing.

Marketing of the offering on social media began the evening after the not guilty vote, which seemed a bit more than coincidental to me as a marketing allotment of 1 million dollars was to be drawn from the capital raised in the offering.

High probability that we get our news next week, IMO.
