Guess management isn't too concerned about just one more case of amateurish management of the company and another example of why potential investors cannot trust the company. Will be interesting to see if any shareholders who bought today in reliance of the PR, press the issue of expecting a 5/2 divi. Any wonder why FINRA is so slow in responding? And, what about NASDAQ? NASDAQ is a quality institution that doesn't just let anyone into "the club". GNBT already has a strike against it as it failed to comply with NASDAQ requirements once already - thus giving the NASDAQ a black-eye. I'm sure NASDAQ will look especially close at GNBT in any future consideration of allowing relisting. Things like this incompetent PR won't help GNBT getting up-listed to the NASDAQ.
