I agree fat Matthew P Dwyer is crapping in his panties because he knows his fraud has been exposed very artfully in the WOGI response.

Everyone knows any unverified and or fraudulent debt with no value to any company can 100% be written off especially after it's been reviewed with Attorney Opinion Letter.

This is a can of worms Matthew P Dwyer does not want to open because it will bring up more issues of his fraud in other Penny Stock Fraud Cases such as South Contracting. Look at the PR below where it says Matthew P Dwyer walked away from Baron Captial with nothing: No Nothing, No Equity, No Shares.

If this PR is true, the evidence must stand on its own, its a closed issue by there own PR. This alone confirmes WOGI has No BCAP outstanding obligation for more reasons than Matthew P Dwyer committed fraud on WOGI in the amount of over $330,000 dollars. This further supports WOGI's response back in April 2016.

IMHO this is why Matthew P Dwyer had to dump BCAP and unattached himself because WOGI has legal claim to sue Baron Captial and Matthew P Dwyer personally and corporately for fraud in excess of $330,000 dollars. But everyone knows Matthew P Dwyer is slippery than a greased pig. I am sorry to downgrade pigs like that.

So now who is running like a little girl? I am sorry little girls have more chutzpah than the career criminal Con Man Mathew P Dwyer!

Baron Capital Enterprises, Inc. (OTCPK: BCAP) is pleased to announce that its former sole officer and director Matthew Dwyer is gone and no longer involved with the company. Mr. Dwyer left the Company with no equity, options, warrants or Preferred shares.

This post is 100% on point and accurate about the former BCAP CEO who defrauded WOGI and its shareholders in his crimes.
