It’s fuzzy but if I recall correctly TK some time ago had taken a 5 m loan out to allow us to float through the legal process. But no worries it’s open ended with the provision of 25000 fee per month past due dat. TK correctly calculated how much time this would take. Look like it was a good estimate......even if I went a year past due date the amount of an award would be huge. So 25000 per month is nothing.
