2001 is marking perhaps one of the most challenging years for the investor relations industry in the past decade. Consequently, many long-standing, reputable IR firms have elected critical layoffs, cutbacks and reductions in every aspect of their businesses in order to survive the market crisis. Madison & Wall Worldwide, Inc., however, has adopted the exact opposite strategy. We're growing and growing fast.

We view today's market environment as a hotbed of opportunity, and one in which we intend to flourish. As a result of some very aggressive strategic growth initiatives implemented over the past 90 days, Madison & Wall has accomplished several key objectives:

· Enhanced our Board of Directors with the addition of Mr. Donald Calvin, the former Vice Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange and current Chairman of International Business Enterprises, a global consulting agency that advises the world's leading and emerging securities exchanges; and Mr. Ivan Berkowitz, a 30-year investment banking professional who serves as advisor to numerous multi-national corporations in the public, private, government and civic sectors.
