There were 11 total bids submitted in the liquidation, none for the SISP. Of those 11, 2 were for all the assets, and one of them was accepted, transaction is closed.

Not sure where the nonsense is coming from of a $40-50M bid, but it is just that, complete nonsense.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
