BEFORE. Being snide. If hired by GSCG, no RM. Individual employment. No shareholders to follow. Right now, on paper at least, the only RM that MAY exist is LAHO/MSSV via 8-K. GSCG has signed NOTHING other than their intention (LOI). GSCG can back out of that at anytime...For sure, LAHO and MSSV have not been impressive for months now since signing. Goes without thinking that GSCG has plenty of escape routes if desired.
