Fact 2] WH GrOUP Acqiured Smithfield
WH group is the largest pork producer in the world
22 billion dollar company with major holders including
Goldman Sachs
Fact 3] As of the last filing with SEC , WH group owned 27% or
12 million + shares of Pennex

IMO Vince and his team have been vetted and DD been done by companies with tremendous resources.
I also believe WH Group is not looking for 1 or 2 dollar stock
It means nothing to their bottom line, where a multi dollar stock
could mean billions
