Felder is not the CEO, he's chairman of the board. Bill Hartman is the CEO of this shithole. Take a look at the Form4 Felder filed in Sep. 2019 when he bought a few million shares at 10 times the SP nowadays. Tell me what you think of his timing.

This Form4 dated 12/20/2018 from Felder tells the whole story, take a look at the warrants that were issued in the past to these guys, they're in the money when the SP reaches $1.25 $12.50 $62.50 and $362.50. And after the reverse split of 1 for 600 you may multiply those numbers again. Good luck!
