I see the situation playing out a bit differently than you, but the deal was completed when the 8k was filed.. so TCA (for me) is a non issue, and the liquidation of that specific fund will take a long time to play out.(article said at least 18 months)

This all comes down to the 8k with the Seaport financials and the distribution of shares to the sellers. Everything else, from noise to current stock action is just (in my opinion) deliberate bs, nonsense & games that I've seen many times before over the years.. and sometimes (but not always) happens right before things really pick up. We shall see..
