Well nuts, just got notified of another fund raising employee offering (Equity Incentive)by our little slice of heaven here, Glider. 2,686,651 shares being offered at $1.42. Current after-hours price. May have stemmed our minor blood letting. Dunno.[/quote]Link to .pdf copy. I was looking at the line items on yesterdays 10Q (and I ain't real good at that). Naturally the EAGLE buy-in wasn't entered yet, though mentioned enough.

Ahhhh, viewing this as a minor setback for us retailers. Bonus for the insiders if they jump on the offering. Doubt if yesterday'sdips are tied to this. The strike price did just raise us up. Bi-polar on this. We'll see.
