Toonce,

With all due respect, how many bumps on the road should we as investors be asked to go through?
I remember arguing on message boards against AMLN investors a few years back as to which company was going to be bigger and get there faster between AMLN or INSM, I don't need to tell you who won that one.
Insmed had it's chance with INS-I and failed, now with this set back and I for one don't see it as minor. I also can see it getting worse if an injunction is granted and I don't know how small of a possibilty that is. I'm not as confident as some others on the MBs are about "no injuction". Why not? Not many people thought we would be in this situation today, so I ask again why no injunction. Anything is possible.
I think DNA should offer INSM 3-4$ per share and we should accept a buy out and let DNA take Iplex to the next level.
Insmed just doesn't have the capital to see it through all the indications and to see the pipeline to fruition.
By the way I think zake came in as investor after the INS-I dibacle.Patcolo, rstor those were some of the old, old timers if you remember.
