He was irascible and emotional under the gun(questioned by a concerned individual investor)
Sam's past:
A banker.
Sam/ivfh vulnerability:
Both connected in the hip,everything become personal and worst of all,Sam retreats(from/no conference call) and hides behind the corporate wall,which is exposed now.
My predication:
From now on,everyday would be painful for Sam;without progress,he will crack in less than a year.

I am betting
1 Sam move the company ahead ***I buy when eps>3c/q @75c***
2 If not,JCP intervening more and more
3 If Sam fights and non-performing,JCP would be the majority and has the control of the BOD ***I buy when eps>1c @ 60c***
or
self-serving party is over,put out or get out.

ps-I am likely be a shareholder again within 12-18 months.Balance of power is finally gain traction here.
