It looks like Fergeson and company own the equivalent of 250 million of BRVO. There are 249 million shares in ELGL. If they spin it out to us or dividend it out on a one to one basis, then they maintain control, but just barely. It might not be so bad. Of course, I have no idea what they are going to do and at what rate.
