Don’t quote me, on all this. But from what I remember it’s to raise $5 million dollars, and it’s a locked price at .05 cents a share with a minimum buy at 25000 dollars. They are restricted when to sell the shares as well, don’t remember how long they are locked for.
what it’s all for mostly to handle the costs with fda, open new facilities and have their own facility to manufacture the product. That’s pretty much all I remember. I would have to dig and find the pr for the exact details.
