You forget to mention the 8-K they filed to say they repaid virtually all debt.

Also having a default announced over a period of 4 years is fine. What do you expect if you run a book at 10% yield - zero defaults? Look at Trez Capital which does exactly the same in the area in one of their funds.

Seems glass always half empty for you...
