These unpaid debts have been brought up repeatedly in the past. Here's an example from 9/4/2018.. 17 months ago.

Josh took a $25k deposit from a LICENSED grower (QG) to build out a grow facility and still couldn't find anyone to fund it. Same as what happened with AMS and with the dozen or so other huge MJ grow facilities he said "would" be built with his "triple net lease" scheme.

So Josh took QG's $25 and blew it (probably bought more gluten free cookie dough) and now shareholders are stuck with the debt.
