Thankfully we have SEC Letter stating they can't exercise the $FNMA Warrants. If we didn't have that Letter, I would definitely be concerned considering recent statements from the Admin and FHFA.

Let's hope someone files a lawsuit now to prevent their exercise; otherwise, it will be impossible to reverse once they've been exercised.

Should we pool together some $FNMA stock to start an escrow for the lawyer's retainer?
