The Amendment was my first assumption. Then the Issue Fee note appeared later so I assumed that was the reason. It could be both.

I believe that the new transaction and status from yesterday "Pubs Case Remand to TC" has to do with the 6 page amendment filed on December 19. In this case, as you pointed out, an allowed application is returned to the Technology Center (TC) for additional work or clarification.

Before anyone jumps over this and gets unduly alarmed, the changes involve the insertion of a comma, spelling and claim #s as follows:
Pg.1 chronicus psoriasis to chronicus, psoriasis
Pg.2 follicile to follicle
Pg.3 Cannabis to cannabis, claim 41 to claim 45
Pg.4 change claim 46 to claim 47
Pg.5 change claim 41 to claim 52
Pg.6 change claim 41 to claim 57

It may seem insignificant to some, but you have to love the attention to detail here!
